Intense, loud, unconvential. The Hamburg based artist Anna Schellberg creates urban art. These are often impressive portraits that bear her unmistakable signature. Almost always with oil on canvas, often in large formats. She also shows her skills in street art. Big walls, big cinema.
Anna Schellberg used to work as an editor and reporter for well-known newspapers and magazines. Storytelling is in her blood. Today she tells stories with her paintings – back then they were words, today they are very intense colour compositions.
